Slide the door open and vacuum the grit out of the bottom track. Slide it the other way and do the rest.
Scrub the track with an old toothbrush and soapy water, then wipe it dry.
Wipe the track with a cloth sprayed with silicone or dry lubricant, or rub a candle along it. Skip oil: it holds grit.
Slide the door all the way back and forth a few times.
Still dragging? Find the small screws at the bottom of the door's edges, often under a cap. Turn each a quarter turn at a time, both the same, until it rolls freely.
Close and lock it. The lock should line up and catch without lifting the door.
It still drags, a roller is broken, the glass is cracked, or the door jumps its track: ask Handyman for a door pro. A sliding glass door is heavy: don't lift it out yourself.
